THE HOME
Living Room
Enjoy the two story open living space with gas fireplace and 70” HDTV (all TVs have Roku and host provided streaming services - this TV also has an HDMI cable to plug in your own devices so you can watch video of the epic hike you took, your day on the ski mountain or your private movie collection). The living room opens into the dining room and kitchen area. The home's decor is eclectic and is a mixture of contemporary furnishings paired with regional antiques.
Main Level features the living room, dining room, kitchen, office/library, a powder room, and primary bedroom #1 with en suite bath and walk-in closet. This entire level features nearly 7’ tall west facing glass doors and windows to bring in the light and feature the breathtaking mountain views and sunsets.
(There are currently no window treatments on the bedroom skylights, so for those who like to sleep in, we recommend an eye mask.).
MAIN LEVEL
KITCHEN
The kitchen is outfitted with all you will need to whip up whatever gastronomic delights you want when you are not eating out in the many nearby restaurants. In addition to the double oven (large and small), dishwasher, refrigerator with filtered water dispenser and ice maker, four burner gas cooktop, microwave, and essential utensils, pots and pans, we provide a Breville Smart Oven Pro (convection oven, air fryer, toaster), blender, and more. There is also a wide variety of spices to season anything you cook up. For the coffee lovers, my wife’s favorite Nespresso Vertuo makes your morning cup easy but delicious (we even provide enough pods to get you started). But for the purists we also have a French press and grinder. There is a small TV so you can watch Top Chef while you cook. The main level is an open concept design, so everyone between the kitchen, dining room and living room stays easily connected.
Dining Room
The dining room seats six and features views on two sides. If setting a beautiful table is your thing, choose from a beautiful array of plates and service ware as well as placemats and napkins.
OFFICE
Need to get some work done - we have you covered. Our office/library space has a small desk area with a computer monitor for your laptop, as well as a comfortable couch and chair for reading. There is 1GB speed wireless internet so remote work should be seamless. The office connects to the lower level primary bedroom, and can easily serve as the perfect spot for a pack-n-play.
Main Floor Primary Suite
The main level primary bedroom has a king size Serta bed. You can enjoy a late night movie on the 55” HD TV or just lay in bed and soak in the views out the windows or skylights. Whether you are staying for a week or a month, there is no shortage of space for your clothes in the ample walk-in closet off the primary bath. Enjoy the convenience of an all-in-one washer/dryer right in the closet.
Primary En Suite Bath
The spa-like en suite bath is newly remodeled. With dual vanities, large lighted mirror, a soaking tub, glass enclosed shower with bench, ceiling mounted rain head, main shower head and handheld sprayer you will feel like you are in a spa. The toilet is a bidet and is in its own private enclosure. The large walk-in closet is hidden behind the accent wall and has plenty of room for your clothes and the convenience of an all-in-one washer/dryer.
UPPER LEVEL
Features the media room, primary bedroom No. 2, and a full bath.
(There are currently no window treatments on the skylights in these rooms, so for those who like to sleep in, we recommend an eye mask).
Upper Level Primary Bedroom & Bath
The second level primary bedroom has a king sized bed under high ceilings with exposed beams and four skylights. West facing windows provide views of the treetops, mountains and sunsets. If you prefer your viewing on the screen, you can lay in bed and watch the 60” HD TV. The second level shared full bath has a glass enclosed shower, toilet and large single vanity with built in sink.
Media Room / Third Bedroom
This room features a 77” HD TV with a huge sectional couch. It is the comfiest room in the house to kick back and enjoy a movie on the big screen. The couch can also be configured as the equivalent of two full size beds or a queen size bed.
